Welcome to Little Paddocks Self Catering Cottage situated conveniently on the Cornwall side of the Devon/Cornwall border, only 15 minutes drive from Plymouth, 1 mile from the Tamar River and 5 minutes from St. Mellion International Resort. It enjoys a wonderfully rural setting yet all amenities and attractions are very easily accessible.Little Paddocks Cottage is a charming, recently converted, self-contained barn. It is all on one level and combines the original features of the old barn with the up-to-date facilities the modern traveller has come to expect. It is adjacent to the main house, and has its own two private entrances, ample parking and a very pleasant patio area. Our guests also have use of the on site tennis court.

The self catering cottage has an entrance porch leading to a beautiful country kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, and a seating area with TV & DVD. One double and one twin bedroom, a modern bathroom and small utility room.

Included in your stay is one free daily membership pass to St Mellion International Resort. Additional passes may be purchased by yourselves. The pass allows you to access the health and leisure facilities including the gym, pools, jacuzzi etc, and to enjoy discounted golf. St Mellion has an excellent health and leisure club.
