How to find us

Take the A38 westbound form Plymouth, cross the Tamar Bridge and pass through the Saltash tunnel. After about half a mile, turn right at Carkeel roundabout at the top of the hill, onto the A388 towards Callington. Go straight over the next roundabout. Continue for a couple of miles, past the Holland Inn on your right, and straight over the next roundabout with the Texaco petrol station on your left. The road then dips down - as you climb out of the dip you will see the Pasty Shop on your right. Turn right immediately after the Pasty Shop; there is a small signpost for Kingsmill & Ellbridge. Continue along this lane for just over 1¾ miles. Little Paddocks driveway is on the right hand side, next door to Clampit Farmhouse. Continue down the drive to the rear for parking.
